为了实现变频泵站前池的恒水位控制,设计了恒水位控制主流程以及配套的状态更新计算、闭环控制器,开发了状态信息采集与指令下发、关键控制参数设定、数据质量分析、闭环控制投退设定及状态监视等功能模块.在微改造或不改造原有SCADA系统的情况下,解决了泵站的恒水位控制问题,该成果既适用于新建泵站也适用于老旧泵站改造,在泵站工程中具有较大的推广应用价值.
In order to achieve constant water level control of the front pool of the variable frequency pump station,the main flow of constant water level control,state update calculation and closed-loop controller are designed.Functional modules such as state infor-mation acquisition and command issuance,key control parameter setting,data quality analysis,closed-loop control on/off setting,and state monitoring are developed.With or without retrofitting the original SCADA system,the constant water level control prob-lem of the pump station is solved.This achievement is applicable to both new and old pump station renovations,and has great pro-motion and application value in pump station engineering.
