新工科背景下智能科学与技术专业创新实践型人才培养模式的构建与实践

随着新工科建设的不断推进,智能科学与技术专业作为计算机学科中新工科的重要组成部分,对创新实践型人才培养提出了更高的要求.首先分析了新工科背景下智能科学与技术专业人才培养的现状与挑战,提出两个角色弱化和五个方面脱节的问题,然后探讨了创新实践型人才培养模式的构建策略,提出"以学生为根本,以实践为导向,以过程为成果,以自主为动力"的教育理念,最后结合实践经验,总结了该模式在智能科学与技术专业人才培养中的具体应用与成效.
Construction and Practice of Innovative and Practical Talent Training Model for Intelligent Science and Technology Major under the Background of New Engineering
With the continuous promotion of the construction of New Engineering disciplines,the intelligent science and technology major,as an important component of the New Engineering disciplines in computer science,has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovative and practical talents.This article firstly analyzes the current situation and challenges of talent cultiva-tion in the field of intelligent science and technology under the background of New Engineering disciplines,and proposes the prob-lems of two weakened roles and five disconnected aspects.Then,it explores the construction strategy of innovative practical talent cultivation mode,proposing the educational concept of"student-centered,practice-oriented,process-oriented,and autonomous".Fi-nally,based on practical experience,it summarizes the specific application and effectiveness of this mode in talent cultivation in in-telligent science and technology majors.
