新工科"双核双驱"应用型人才培养创新模式改革与研究

随着全球科技与产业的快速变革,传统的工程教育模式难以满足新经济背景下对创新型应用型人才的需求.对此提出"双核双驱"创新模式,通过结合工程实践能力与创新能力的"双核"培养,以及任务驱动与竞赛驱动的"双驱"模式,为应用型高校的新工科人才培养提供了系统化路径.基于OBE成果导向教育、CDIO工程教育模式和产学研协同理论,该模式通过深化校企合作、优化课程体系、加强实践教学,实现了理论与实践的有效结合,提升了学生的综合素养和就业竞争力.
Reform and Research on the Innovative Model of Application-oriented Talent Training under the"Dual Core,Dual Drive"Approach in New Engineering
With the rapid transformation of global technology and industries,traditional engineering education models struggle to meet the demand for innovative application-oriented talents in the context of the new economy.The"Dual Core,Dual Drive"innova-tion model proposed in this paper combines the"dual core"cultivation of engineering practice and innovation abilities,along with the"dual drive"approach of task-driven and competition-driven methods,providing a systematic pathway for talent cultivation in application-oriented universities under the new engineering framework.Based on outcome-based education(OBE),the CDIO engi-neering education model,and the theory of industry-university-research collaboration,this model deepens school-enterprise coopera-tion,optimizes the curriculum system,and strengthens practical teaching,achieving an effective integration of theory and practice,thus enhancing students'overall qualities and employability.
