大学生对在线教育平台学习效果的满意度调查

随着智能技术快速发展,在线教育平台发展成教育数字化转型的重要载体和学习者个性化学习的主渠道.为探究大学生对在线教育平台学习效果的满意程度,梳理当前教育平台使用现状和学习效果影响因素,从平台建设、资源配置、平台教师、课程交互四个方面分析大学生学习效果的满意度.研究发现,大学生对平台设计和教师的满意度高于课程交互和资源的满意度,目前存在平台功能难以满足大学生学习需求,课程资料及课后学习资源不足,课程任务评价和课程拓展实施差,实践类课程少,师生交互、课程交互缺乏,课程中视频卡顿、声音小、内容枯燥等问题.在此基础上提出智能技术赋能教育平台建设的策略建议,研究结果可为教育平台高质量建设和优化在线教学环境提供参考借鉴价值.
A Survey of College Students'Satisfaction with the Learning Effect of Online Education Platform
With the rapid development of intelligent technology,online education platform has developed into an important carrier of digital transformation of education and the main channel of personalized learning for learners.In order to explore college students'satisfaction with the learning effect of online education platform,this paper combs the current situation of the use of education plat-form and the influencing factors of learning effect,and analyzes the satisfaction of college students'learning effect from four as-pects:platform construction,resource allocation,platform teachers and curriculum interaction.The study finds that college students'satisfaction with platform design and teachers is higher than that of curriculum interaction and resources.At present,the platform function is difficult to meet the learning needs of college students,such as the lack of curriculum materials and after-school learning resources,the poor implementation of curriculum task evaluation and curriculum development,the lack of practical courses,the lack of teacher-student interaction and curriculum interaction,and the video in the course is stuck,the voice is small,and the content is boring.On this basis,the strategic suggestions for the construction of intelligent technology-enabled education platform are put for-ward.The research results can provide reference value for the high-quality construction of education platform and the optimization of online teaching environment.
