基于STEAM教育理念高职院校创新型人才培养研究

在当前教育背景下,创新型人才的培养是学校教育普遍的价值追求,然而基于传统教学模式的人才培养质量不佳.基于STEAM教育理念培养创新人才建立起一套科学的课程体系和教育机制,促进学生向复合型、创新型人才的方向发展是提升高职院校人才培养质量有效途径.通过分析STEAM教育理念的具体内涵和特征,明确当下STEAM教育在高职院校创新人才培养实践中存在理念上认知偏差、学科壁垒、实施教学改革动力不足等问题,针对这些问题提出了明确STEAM教育理念和目标、构建综合性课程体系、加深校企合作等策略,以破除高职校创新型人才培养之困境,提升培养质量.
Research on Training Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on STEAM Education Concept
Under the current educational background,the cultivation of innovative talents is the universal value pursuit of school education,but the quality of talent training based on the traditional teaching mode is not good.It is an effective way to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges to establish a set of scientific curriculum system and education mechanism based on STEAM education concept to promote the development of students to the direction of compound and innovative talents.By analyzing the specific connotation and characteristics of STEAM education concept,it is clear that there are some problems of STEAM education existing in the training practice of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges,such as cognitive deviation in concept,disciplinary barriers,and insufficient motivation for implementing teaching reform.In response to these problems,strate-gies such as clarifying STEAM education concept and goal,building a comprehensive curriculum system,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation are proposed,hoping to break the dilemma of training innovative talents in high vocational schools and im-prove the quality of training.
