Take Anhui Vocational&Technical College of Forestry for example,under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the advantages of the construction of specialty groups by investigating the background of the development of computer specialty in higher vocational colleges,to explore the way of the construction of computer specialty group.Through the re-form of personnel training model,the construction of teaching staff,the logical construction of professional groups,and the improve-ment of evaluation mechanism,a competitive computer professional group is constructed,to further promote the construction of high-level vocational colleges for regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading by providing strong support for personnel and technical services.
