摘要

随着教育理念的持续进步与深化,学生的社会情感能力已成为衡量其综合素养与成长质量的关键.结合辅导员和教师丰富的引导和教学经验,深入分析高职学生内心深处的社会情感需求,并提出了基于社会情感教学模式的教学创新策略框架.旨在培养学生更好地掌控自我,提升团队协作能力,让他们在求知的道路上,不仅能够掌握扎实的专业知识也能灵活地适应复杂多变的社会环境,具备更强的职业竞争力.

Abstract

With the steady progress and profound evolution of educational philosophies,the social-emotional abilities of students have emerged as a crucial metric for assessing their overall literacy and quality of growth.The study leverages the extensive guid-ance and teaching experiences of counselors and educators to deeply analyze the social-emotional needs of higher vocational stu-dents.It then proposes a framework of innovative teaching strategies rooted in social-emotional learning models.The goal is to help students gain better self-control and improve their teamwork skills,so that they can not only master solid professional knowledge but also flexibly adapt to the complex and changeable social environment and have better professional competitiveness.
