摘要

培养车联网产业创新应用型人才,对于推动车联网发展、加速产业转型升级及提升国家创新能力具有深远意义.现有人才培养模式存在专业体系与市场需求不匹配、人才培养与产业发展脱节、产教协同育人合力不强等问题."一群双动·三化·三元"人才培养模式实施以专业集群为载体、以教师动态聘任与学生动态进出为抓手的教育教学机制,重构模块化、项目化、企业化课程与实践体系,创新高校、企业、园区三元协同育人机制.取得了较好实践成效,为培养契合车联网产业需求的创新应用型人才提供了有效路径.

Abstract

Cultivating innovative and application-oriented talents for the new Internet of Vehicles in-dustry is of far-reaching significance for promoting the development of the Internet of Vehicles,accel-erating industrial transformation and upgrading,and enhancing the country's innovation capabilities.However,the existing talent training model has some problems,such as the mismatch between the professional system and the market demand,the disconnection between talent training and industrial development,and the weak synergy between industry and education.To this end,this paper aims to cultivate innovative and application-oriented talents in the field of Internet of Vehicles,and constructs a talent training model of"a group and two dynamic mechanisms·three-in-one system·Ternary body".This model includes the implementation of an education and teaching mechanism with profes-sional clusters as the carrier,the dynamic appointment of teachers and the dynamic entry and exit of students as the starting point,the reconstruction of a modular,project-based and enterprise-oriented curriculum and practice system,and the innovation of the education mechanism of the three-way syn-ergy of universities,enterprises and parks.This model has achieved good practical results and pro-vides an effective path for cultivating innovative and application-oriented talents that meet the needs of the Internet of Vehicles industry.
