摘要

立德对于工程人才培养不可或缺,课程思政作为落实立德树人于课程教学的重要举措,两者在目标与理念上具有一致性,在达成途径上具有相促性.由于缺乏对两者关系的正确认识,使得专业层面课程思政体系的系统性设计缺失,造成或加深课程层面在教学定位与 目标、内容与方法、考核与评价等方面的问题.立足工程人才培养之立德,融入专业人才培养方案编制,遵循整体性、针对性和覆盖性原则,抓住培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系三个锚点,运用"四阶段"反向设计法,系统规划产出导向的课程思政体系,进一步通过产出导向的单一课程教学设计、多课程关联设计、公共基础与通识课程统一设计,可提升课程思政的实施成效与集聚效应.既为工程教育类专业提供可行方案,也为其它大类专业提供思路与借鉴.

Abstract

Fostering virtue through education is indispensable for the cultivation of engineering talents.As a pivotal measure to carry out the task of fostering virtue in course instruction,curriculum-based i-deological and political education exhibits high consistency and mutual reinforcement with virtue culti-vation in terms of their objectives,philosophies,and approaches.A lack of proper understanding of the relationship between the two leads to an absence of a systematic design in curriculum-based ideo-logical and political education at the major level,which causes or exacerbates pedagogical issues relat-ed to roles and goals,content and methods,as well as assessments and evaluations at the level of course implementation.By focusing on the fostering of virtue in engineering talents and integrating it into the formulation of talent cultivation programs,while following the principles of integrity,speci-ficity,and comprehensiveness,and capturing the three anchors of training objectives,graduation re-quirements,and curriculum system,an outcome-oriented curriculum-based ideological and political education system is systematically planned by employing the"four-stage"backward design method.Furthermore,the implementation effectiveness and synergistic effects of curriculum-based ideological and political education are promoted through individual course instructional design,multi-course coor-dinated design,and consistent design of common foundational courses and general education courses in line with the outcome-oriented principle.This provides a feasible solution for engineering majors and offers insights and references for other categories of disciplines.
