摘要

高校和企业是推动教育科技人才融合发展的重要主体.有效的校企协同需要双方的内生动力,受认知、组织、制度、地理等多维邻近性影响.基于荷兰埃因霍温理工大学科技创新为主和北京航空航天大学人才培养为主的校企协同模式的比较,发现校企协同深度广度主要取决于科技创新和人才培养融合程度.教育科技人才一体推进框架下的校企协同是知识流动和人力资本流动双轮驱动科技创新与人才培养协同互促的"大循环",从中整合异质性资源、促进知识和人力资本持续流动是校企协同耦合点;建立会商交流、项目清单、成本分摊、联合评价等机制,调动校企积极性,加快形成校企协同互促、产教融合共生"大循环".

Abstract

Universities and enterprises are important players in promoting the integrated development of"Education,Sci-tech,Talent".Effective University-Industry Collaboration(UIC)requires endoge-nous motivation from both sides and is influenced by multi-dimensional proximity such as cognition,organization,system,and geography.Based on the comparative analysis of the UIC mode,which fo-cuses on technological innovation in Eindhoven University of Technology and talent cultivation in Beihang University,it is found that the depth and breadth of UIC mainly depend on the integration degree of technological innovation and talent cultivation.Under the background of"Education,Sci-tech,Talent"framework,the realization of UIC is a LOOP of sci-tech innovation and talent training,driven by the two wheels of knowledge flow and human capital flow.Integrating heterogeneous re-sources and promoting the continuous flow of knowledge and human capital,from the LOOP,are the coupling points of UIC,and also become the basic foothold for breaking the disconnection between production and education and promoting collaborative education.Therefore,the enthusiasm of both u-niversities and enterprises can be stimulated by the mechanism of regular consultation,project check-list,cost sharing,and joint assessment,so as to accelerate the formation of synergy and mutual pro-motion,integration and symbiosis UIC LOOP.
