摘要
习近平总书记在黑龙江考察期间首次提出要"积极培育战略性新兴产业和未来产业,加快形成新质生产力",并在二十届三中全会和全国教育大会上强调要"实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略".发展新质生产力离不开富含深厚科学素养、具备跨学科知识和持续学习能力的高素质复合型创新型人才,深化产教融合协同育人是高校对接产业需求,推进人才培养供给侧改革的重要途径.当前产教融合已进入向深度融合阶段,校企合作更加紧密,资源共享更加深入,但仍然存在高校人才培养方向与行业产业需求脱节、产教融合机制不健全、校企合作不深入等问题.本文在梳理我国高校产教融合发展历程的基础上,分析了当前产教融合协同育人存在的系列问题,并据此提出优化路径:一是围绕产业需求优化调整教学内容;二是构建多主体参与的产教融合共同体;三是搭建跨学科产教深度融合平台;四是多措并举,激发企业深度参与产教融合的内驱力;五是改革教育评价体系,激发教师参与产教融合的动力.
Abstract
During an inspection in Heilongjiang,President Xi Jinping proposed,for the first time,to"actively foster strategic emerging industries and future industries,and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces".He also stressed the need to"implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of reinvigorating China through human re-sources,and the strategy of innovation-driven development"at the Third Plenary Session of the 20 th CPC Central Committee and the National Education Conference.The development of new quality pro-ductive forces relies on high-quality,compound,and innovative talents with rich scientific literacy,in-terdisciplinary knowledge,and continuous learning ability.Deepening the integration of industry and education for collaborative talent cultivation is a critical approach for universities to align with indus-trial demands and advance supply-side reforms in talent cultivation.Currently,industry-education in-tegration has progressed into a phase of deepened collaboration,with closer university-enterprise col-laborations and more extensive sharing of resources.However,challenges still remain such as the dis-connect between university talent cultivation and industry demands,incomplete mechanisms for indus-try-education integration,and insufficient depth in university-enterprise cooperation.This paper,based on a review of the development history of industry-education integration in Chinese higher edu-cation institutions,analyzes a series of current issues in the collaborative talent cultivation through in-dustry-education integration and proposes optimization pathways accordingly:first,optimizing and adjusting teaching content according to industrial demands;second,building an industry-education in-tegration community involving multiple stakeholders;third,establishing interdisciplinary platforms for deep industry-education integration;fourth,adopting multiple measures to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of enterprises for deep participation in industry-education integration;and fifth,reforming the educational evaluation system to motivate teachers to engage in industry-education integration.
