摘要

"增强职业教育适应性"是职业教育高质量发展的本质规律,也是职业教育课程建设的重要方向.从理论层面看,职业教育课程的适应性发展依托于经济社会学、心理学、哲学、教育学等理论的支撑.从理念层面看,职业教育课程应适应"立德树人、经济社会、工匠精神、科教融汇、绿色技能、类型特色"等方面的价值取向.从实践层面看,职业教育课程适应性提升路径应营造各方主体协同的生态环境,以政策创新优化职业教育课程适应性的宏观环境,以理论创新支撑职业教育课程适应性的话语体系,以理念创新引领职业教育课程适应性的发展导向,以实践创新增强职业教育课程适应性的育人成效,全方位提升职业教育课程质量以适应新时代高质量发展需要.

Abstract

"Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education"is the essential law of high-quality de-velopment of vocational education,and also an important direction of vocational education curriculum construction.From the theoretical point of view,the adaptive development of vocational education curriculum relies on the support of economic sociology,psychology,philosophy,pedagogy and other theories.From the perspective of concept,vocational education curriculum should adapt to the value orientation of"moral cultivation,economic society,craftsman spirit,science and education integra-tion,green skills,type characteristics".From the perspective of practice,the path to improve the a-daptability of vocational education curriculum should create an ecological environment for the coordi-nation of all parties.Optimizing the macro environment of vocational education curriculum adaptability by policy innovation,supporting the discourse system of vocational education curriculum adaptability by theory innovation,leading the development direction of vocational education curriculum adaptabili-ty by idea innovation,and enhancing the education effect of vocational education curriculum adaptabil-ity by practice innovation,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education curric-ulum to meet the needs of high-quality development in the new era.
