摘要

对于当前产教融合存在的实践困境,高职院校与其抱怨外部环境或机制制约,不如主动提升自身产教融合能力.产教融合能力是高职院校能够具备高水平推进产教融合工作并达到预期目标的条件、资质和内在要求,包含组织能力、场域能力和动态能力.基于此建构了 3个维度、7个子类、23个指标、70个观测点的评价指标体系,并以浙江省内20所高职院校为例测度综合产教融合能力与产教融合投入效率,结果具有一定实际价值.鉴于此,高职院校产教融合能力建设不仅要"修炼内功",提升自身"硬实力"和"软实力",更要着力增强场域能力和动态能力,以提升在产教融合场域中的"巧实力".

Abstract

In response to the current practical difficulties in industry-education integration,higher vo-cational colleges should actively improve their own competence to integrate industry-education,rather than complaining about the external environments or mechanisms.The competence of industry-educa-tion integration refers to the conditions,qualifications,and internal requirements that vocational col-leges possess to promote the integration of industry and education at a high level and achieve the ex-pected targets.It includes organizational competence,field competence,and dynamic competence.An evaluation system of indicators with 3 dimensions,7 subcategories,23 indicators,and 70 observation points was constructed based on the above competence.Twenty vocational colleges in Zhejiang Prov-ince were taken as examples to measure their comprehensive competence and investment efficiency of industry-education integration,and the results showed certain practical value.For higher-vocational colleges,the construction of their industry-education integration competence not only requires cultiva-ting their internal competence and enhancing their own"hard power"and"soft power",but also en-hancing their field and dynamic competence,also referring to the"smart power"in the field of indus-try-education integration.
