高职专业课教师参与校企合作行为决策影响因素研究

摘要
本研究以计划行为理论为基础,对高职专业课教师参与校企合作行为决策的影响因素进行实证分析.研究发现,行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对专业课教师参与校企合作的行为意向有正向显著影响,三者通过影响行为意向间接显著地正向影响行为,行为意向是决定专业课教师是否会实际参与校企合作行为的关键因素;学校的政策资源保障和考核要求、企业态度、教师个人的兴趣程度、业务能力和认识、所在团队同事的看法及领导、学生的期待等是影响专业课教师参与校企合作行为意向的关键因素.研究据此提出针对性建议.
Abstract
Based on the theory of planned behaviour,this research empirically analysed the influencing factors of the behavioural decision-making of the specialised teachers'participation in school-enter-prise cooperation.The results showed that the attitude toward the behavior,subjective norms,and perceived behavioural control have a positive and significant effect on the behavioural intention of the teachers'participation in school-enterprise cooperation,and they indirectly and significantly positively affect behaviour by influencing behavioural intention,which is the key factor in determining whether the teachers will actually participate in.The college's policy resources and assessment requirements,the attitude of the enterprise,teachers'personal interest,ability and awareness,the views of their colleagues and the expectations of their leaders and students are the key factors influencing their inten-tion.Accordingly,the study raised some targeted recommendations.
