科技创新发展是适应科学技术综合化趋势、推动产业迈向中高端的必然选择,以集成创新为特征的工程科技创新为实现产学研高质量协调发展提供了更有力的技术支撑.伦敦大学学院秉持"集成"创新理念,基于学科集成、管理集成、战略集成和组织集成构建了内部集成创新系统促进科技成果转化、外部集成创新系统推动重点技术研发的双链条互动创新体系,对工程科技创新和发展具有重要启发.我国研究型大学应探索集战略规划、组织协同、知识技能、部门管理于一体的工程科技集成创新路径,整合多方资源协同开展关键技术攻关,激发未来工程科技创新活力和能动性,加快推进高水平科技自立自强.
Abstract
