摘要

知识转移是实现知识商业化的关键环节,对推动大学研究成果向现实生产力转化、促进知识经济发展、提升新质生产力具有重要作用.牛津大学通过构建与完善知识转移机制,及时将研究成果商业化,取得了社会效益、经济效益、学术效益三丰收.牛津大学知识转移机制以协同演化理论为依据,形成了五位一体的生态体系:组织机制以多主体嵌套合作促进互利共生,运行机制以网格化专业队伍推动链式演变,保障机制以全域性支撑体系牵动整合效应,评估机制以标准化监控开展精细化管理,反馈机制以动态化流程增强非线性交互循环.整体看,牛津大学知识转移机制具有多层协同、多路反馈、多向联动等特点,其创新举措与改革经验对我国完善知识转移机制、促进科技成果高效率转化具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

Knowledge transfer is the key link to realize knowledge commercialization,which plays an important role in promoting the transformation of university research results into real productivity,stimulating the development of knowledge-based economy,and enhancing the new quality productive forces.The University of Oxford has achieved a triple harvest of social,economic and academic bene-fits by constructing and improving the knowledge transfer mechanism and commercializing the re-search results in a timely manner.Based on the theory of Co-evolution,University of Oxford's knowledge transfer mechanism has formed a five-in-one ecological system:the organizational mecha-nism promotes mutually beneficial symbiosis through nested cooperation of multiple subjects,the op-erational mechanism promotes chain evolution through a grid-based professional team,the guarantee mechanism promotes the integration effect through an all-encompassing support system,the evalua-tion mechanism carries out delicate management through standardized monitoring,and the feedback mechanism enhances the non-linear interaction cycle through a dynamic process.As a whole,the knowledge transfer mechanism of University of Oxford is characterized by multi-layer collaboration,multi-way feedback and multi-directional linkage,etc.Its innovative initiatives and reform experience are of reference significance for China to improve the knowledge transfer mechanism and promote the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
