在公路绿色化建设和工业化建造的发展浪潮下,对桥梁下部结构进行标准化设计和装配式施工越来越引起重视.为解决传统的钢筋混凝土盖梁装配吊装重量大、超宽桥梁悬臂长、盖梁下部有通行需求等问题,钢盖梁应运而生.目前我国关于钢盖梁与混凝土墩柱连接的关键技术以及钢混结合段分布位置的研究还不完善,工程经验尚有欠缺.基于此,结合公路钢盖梁的设计建造经验,建立有限元模型,明确钢盖梁与混凝土墩柱的连接构造型式,并对钢盖梁与混凝土墩柱的钢混连接位置进行优化设计与分析,提出了钢盖梁与混凝土墩柱的标准化连接形式,为钢盖梁与混凝土墩柱的连接设计及发展提供参考.
Optimal Design and Analysis on the Connection Position between Steel Covered Beam and Concrete Pier of Bridge
In order to solve such problems of the traditional reinforced concrete cap beam asbig assembly and lifting weight,long cantilevering length of the ultra-wide bridge and the traffic demand at the bottom of the cap beam,the steel cap beam has come into being.At present,the research on the key connection technology between steelcap beam and concrete pier column and the distribution position of steel-concrete composite section in China have not been perfect,and the engineering experience has been still lacking.Being based on this,combined with the design and construction experience of the highway steel cap beam,the finite element model has been established to clarify the connection structure type of the steel cap beam and the concrete pier column,and the steel-concrete connection position of the steel cap beam and the concrete pier column has been optimized and analyzed,and the standardized connection form of the steel cap beam and the concrete pier column has been proposed,which could provide a reference for the design and development of the connection between steel cap beam and concrete pier column.
