公路隧道排水系统淤堵检查技术及其适应性研究

当前公路隧道排水系统淤堵问题日益严重,为探究公路隧道排水系统淤堵检查的适宜方法,结合淤堵物分类和不同的检查方法对多条运营高速公路隧道的排水系统进行了测试.结果表明:公路隧道排水系统淤堵物可分为淤泥、泥砂、混凝土块或异物、结垢或结晶,需根据淤堵环境确定检查方法;当淤泥或泥砂淤堵严重采用管道爬行机器人检查侧式排水暗沟时,需先清理淤堵物再进行复查,当积水较深时应采用全地行爬行机器人;无水或浅积水状态下,高清潜望镜的检查距离约为20~40 m,但对小半径区段的适应性差;对于ϕ100mm级排水管,管道爬行机器人无法满足要求,建议采用高清潜望镜或管道视频检测仪.研究成果可为公路隧道的养护提供参考.
Blockage Inspection Technology and Its Adaptability for Drainage System in Highway Tunnels
In order to explore the appropriate method for checking drainage system in highway tunnel,based on classification of types of drainage system blockage for these operating highway tunnels,the field tests for inspecting the drainage system of highway tunnels have been carried out by using different inspection methods.The results have shown that the type of drainage system blockage can be divided into three types:silt or mud sand,concrete block or foreign body,scaling or crystallization,and the appropriate inspection method should be determined according to the silt environment.For the longitudinal drainage ditch,whenthe track crawling robot facing the serious silt or sand blockage environment,the drainage ditch should be cleaned first and then rechecked.When the water line is deep,the whole earth crawling robot should be used for inspection.When the drainage ditch is under the condition of no water or low water line,the inspection distance of HD periscope is about 20~40 m,but it has poor adaptability for small radius area.For the drainage pipe with diameter of 100 mm,the existing pipe crawling robot cannot meet the inspection requirements,and HD periscope or pipeline video detector is recommended for inspection.
