基于安全系数的小净距隧道后行洞开挖进尺

利用FLAC3D有限差分软件,模拟了在后行洞不同的开挖进尺下,小净距隧道围岩塑性区分布、先行洞与后行洞支护内力的变化规律,得到了不同工况下的隧道衬砌安全系数,确定后行洞合理开挖进尺,并通过实测数据验证了模型的可靠性.实践表明:随着后行洞开挖进尺的增大,先行洞塑性区无明显变化.先后行洞支护内力发生明显变化,先后行洞支护安全系数均有所减小.综合分析出后行洞的合理开挖进尺为 2m.实测数据与模拟数据的误差范围为10%~20%,验证了后行洞开挖进尺数值模拟具有一定的可靠度.
Research on Excavation Progress of the SecondHole of Tunnel with Small Clearance Distance based on Safety Factor
In this paper,FLAC3D finite difference software has been used to simulate the distribution of plastic zone of surrounding rock of tunnel with small clearance distanceand the variation law of internal force of support between the first tunnel and the second tunnel under different excavation progress of the second tunnel.The safety factor of tunnel lining under different working conditions has been obtained,and the reasonable excavation progress of the second tunnel has been determined.The reliability of the model has been verified by the measured data.The results have shown that with the increase of excavation progress,there is no obvious change in the plastic zone of the first tunnel,the internal force of the successive tunnel support changes significantly,and the safety factor of the successive tunnel support decreases.The reasonable excavation progress of the second tunnel is 2 m.The error range between the measured data and the simulated data is 10%-20%,which verifies that the numerical simulation of the excavation progress of the second tunnel has certain reliability.
