Study on Evaluation of Polymer Grouting Treatment Effect of Composite Pavement Hard Shoulder
In order to evaluate the effect of polymer grouting treatment on hard shoulder,the bearing capacity of hard shoulder before and after grouting,the internal disease condition of hard shoulder and the mechanical properties of core samples have been analyzed,and the evaluation method and standard of polymer grouting treatment effect of composite pavement have been put forward.On this basis,it has been verified by the polymer grouting entity project of the hard shoulder of the southern section of Fokai Expressway.The results have shown that the FWD7 T load test should be used for the polymer grouting of the hard shoulder of the composite pavement.The FWD deflection value<180 μm,the deflection difference on both sides of the crack<60 μm,the ground penetrating radar image has no loose and void disease,the compressive strength of the core sample>4.00MPa,and the splitting strength>0.60MPa should be used as the evaluation criteria.The polymer grouting treatment effect of the hard shoulder of the southern section of Fokai Expressway is good.
