Research on the application of direct injection modifiers in in-situ thermal regeneration of ordinary asphalt pavementqiran
In order to investigate the application effects of direct injection modifiers on the in-situ thermal regeneration of ordinary asphalt pavement, the road performances of direct injection modified in-situ thermal recycled asphalt mixture was evaluated by means of immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test, rutting test and uniaxial penetration test. The results show that the dynamic stability of the direct injection modified in-situ thermal recycled asphalt mixture reaches 10,994 times/mm,with a freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of 88.2%,residual stability of 96.8%,and uniaxial penetration strength of 2.436MPa.The construction process of in-situ thermal regeneration pavement under the condition of 150℃mixing for 45s ensures uniform mixing of the direct injection modified in-situ thermal regeneration asphalt mixture. And the regenerated pavement meets the required specifications for the compaction, water seepage coefficient, structural depth and pendulum friction coefficient.Under tracking and observation, the modified in-situ thermal recycled pavement maintains good road performance after one year operation.
