摘要

为研究直投改性剂在普通沥青路面就地热再生中的应用效果,采用浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂、车辙和单轴贯入试验研究直投改性就地热再生混合料的路用性能;开展了直投改性就地热再生试验段的铺筑,总结了直投改性就地热再生混合料施工过程控制要点,对直投改性就地热再生路面进行了路用性能跟踪监测.结果表明,直投改性就地热再生沥青混合料的动稳定度达到 10 994 次/mm;冻融劈裂强度比为88.2%,残留稳定度为96.8%,单轴贯入强度达到2.436MPa,直投改性就地热再生混合料具有较好的高温稳定性和水稳定性;就地热再生施工时按照145~150℃拌和45s的现场拌和工艺可保证直投改性就地热再生混合料拌和均匀;直投改性就地热再生路面的压实度,渗水系数,构造深度,摆式摩擦系数均满足规范要求.经跟踪观测,直投改性就地热再生路面运营一年后,路用性能良好.

Abstract

In order to investigate the application effects of direct injection modifiers on the in-situ thermal regeneration of ordinary asphalt pavement,the road performances of direct injection modified in-situ thermal recycled asphalt mixture was evaluated by means of immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test and uniaxial penetration test.The results show that the dynamic stability of the direct injection modified in-situ thermal recycled asphalt mixture reaches 10,994 times/mm,with a freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of 88.2%,residual stability of 96.8%,and uniaxial penetration strength of 2.436MPa.The construction process of in-situ thermal regeneration pavement under the condition of 150℃mixing for 45s ensures uniform mixing of the direct injection modified in-situ thermal regeneration asphalt mixture.And the regenerated pavement meets the required specifications for the compaction,water seepage coefficient,structural depth and pendulum friction coefficient.Under tracking and observation,the modified in-situ thermal recycled pavement maintains good road performance after one year operation.
