大跨径深水区简支钢混叠合梁施工技术与工艺研究

以某跨湖大桥60m跨径的简支钢混叠合梁为依托,建立了钢结构临时墩法精细化MIDAS CIVIL三维数值分析模型,深入开展了深水区钢结构临时墩搭设、大跨径钢混叠合梁制作和分段安装等方面的施工关键技术研究工作,提出了临时墩搭设,叠合梁分段运输、制作和安装等具体可行的工法流程方案,并在该依托工程施工过程中得到了良好的验证.研究结果表明,分段钢混叠合梁施工方法与工艺,不仅可以提高桥梁结构的安全可靠性,还可以加快钢混叠合梁的施工进度和节省钢梁架设设备的额外投入等,研究成果能为今后类似桥梁施工提供理论及实践基础,特别是对深水区大跨径桥梁施工方面具有重要的意义.
Research on Construction Technology and Process of Large-span Simply-supported Steel-concrete Composite Beam in Deep Water Area
Based on the 60-meter-span simply-supported steel-concrete composite beam segment of a certain lack-crossing bridge project,a refined MIDAS CIVIL 3D numerical analysis model of steel structure temporary pier method was established. This study carried out an in-depth research on the key construction technologies of steel structure temporary pier erection in deep water area,production and segment installation of large-span steel-concrete composite beam. Specific and feasible construction process schemes,such as temporary pier erection,segment transportation,fabrication and installation of composite beam,were put forward,and have been successfully verified in the construction process of this project. The research results showed that the construction technology and process of segmental steel-concrete composite beam can not only improve the safety and reliability of bridge structure,but also accelerate the construction progress and reduce additional investment of steel beam erection equipment. The research results can provide a theoretical and practical basis for the construction of similar bridges in the future,especially for large-span bridges in deep water area.
