普通国省道平交路口交通安全设施精细化提升改造分析

本文以英德市国道G240 线和省道S526 线平交路口交通安全设施精细化提升工程为依托,深入研究了我国普通国省道平交路口普遍存在的渠化设计缺陷与不合理之处.针对车辆转弯轨迹不明确、路权分配模糊、视距不良等问题,采取了在设计阶段进行细致排查、评估与分析的策略,进而提出相应的改造方案.采用VISSIM模拟仿真技术对改造方案进行效果分析,制定了节约工程造价且实现安全效益最大化的微小改造方案,为类似的普通国省道平交口改造项目提供了借鉴经验.
Analysis of Refinement and Upgrade of Traffic Safety Facilities at Level Crossing of Ordinary National and Provincial Highway
Based on the refinement and upgrade project of traffic safety facilities at the level crossing of National Highway G240 and Provincial Highway S526 in Yingde City,this paper conducted an in-depth investigation into the common design deficiencies and unreasonable aspects in the channelization at the level crossing of ordinary national and provincial highway in China.Addressing issues such as unclear vehicle turning trajectories,ambiguous right-of-way allocation,and poor sight distances,this paper adopted a strategy that involved meticulous inspection,evaluation,and analysis during the design phase,subsequently proposing corresponding refinement and upgrade plans.Utilizing VISSIM simulation technology,effectiveness of these proposed the refinement and upgrade plans were analysed.Finally,this paper developed a minimal upgrade plan that save construction costs while maximizing safety benefits,providing valuable insights for similar level crossing of national and provincial highway upgrade projects.
