摘要
高速公路瓶颈路段的车流交织状态,是交通拥堵与事故的关键诱因之一.目前,高速公路交通秩序管理仍处于"粗放式"阶段,现有的管控技术缺乏解决交织区交通冲突的手段,难以有效改善交通流无序现状.因此,亟需研究更加高效、精细、智能的高速公路交织区微观诱导新技术,以及可激励驾驶人更好遵循交通诱导策略的管控新模式.本文从"微观级诱导,去中心协同,自适应系统,柔性化管控"多维度出发,打造驾驶行为积分新模式,提出交织区微观诱导新技术和车道级自适应诱导系统架构,通过颗粒度、精细度更高的微观诱导技术和柔性管控模式提高交通诱导响应率,缓解交通拥堵,保障交通安全,实现路方、车主、地图厂商、服务区和系统集成商五方共赢.
Abstract
The interweaving of traffic flows in bottleneck sections of highways is one of the key causes of traffic congestion and accidents.At present,the highway traffic management is still in the rough stage for a long time,and the existing control technology lacks the means to solve the traffic conflict in the interweaving area,which is difficult to effectively improve the current situation of disorderly traffic flow.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study a more efficient,intelligent micro-guidance system in highway interweaving area,as well as can motivate drivers to better follow the traffic guidance strategy.In this paper,from the multi-dimensional perspective of'micro-guidance,decentralised collaboration,adaptive system,flexible control',we create a new driving behavior scoring mode,and propose a new micro-guidance technology for interweaving area and a lane-level adaptive guidance system architecture,which improve the response rate of traffic guidance through the higher granularity and fineness of the system,and the flexible control mode.In addition,the system can alleviate traffic congestion,ensure traffic safety,and achieve a win-win situation for road operators,vehicle owners,map manufacturers,service areas and system integrators.
