Application and Practice of the Integrated Platform of"Four Real"Construction Management Based on GIS in Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Projects
During the construction period of the new(or reconstructed and expanded)expressway,various construction information management systems were adopted to assist in managing the cost,progress,quality,safety,and other aspects of the construction project.However,each system is implemented with independent software and hardware,resulting in resource and data silos between the systems and the fact that the construction contractors are unable to integrated manage each system.Guangdong Provincial Expressway Co.,Ltd.,relying on its four reconstrction and expansion projects,namely Shenshanxi,Kaiyang,Yangmao,and Maozhan,summarizing past experience to develop an integrated construction management platform based on GIS and"four real"(real person,real-time,real-site,and real-affair)management.This platform achieves a multi-business collaboration mode of"process acceptance-progress-quality inspection-measurement-safety-archives".The construction projects are effectively associated with personnel,machinery,and materials to achieve a refined management mode of"smart construction project",creating a new refined information management and improving the overall management level of the project.
