摘要

老年教育在提升老年人智能技术水平方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用.基于无锡市的调研数据,采用逐步回归法进行二元 logistic 回归分析,剔除不显著影响变量,验证得到性别、年龄、居住区域、受教育程度、退休前从事的职业、对目前智能生活的焦虑程度、亲友是否使用智能手机等是影响老年人智能技术水平的显著因素,是"银色数字鸿沟"的重要成因.结合调研结果,目前老年智能技术教育还存在网络体系不完善、供给的精准度、丰富性及便捷性不够、供给主体各自为政、壁垒明显以及缺少社会融合式的支持等问题.老年教育要进一步发挥弥合"数字鸿沟"的作用,还需要进一步完善老年教育网络体系,构建超市式的服务模式,促进多体系融合供给及推动融合式的支持与保障等.

Abstract

Elderly education plays an irreplaceable and important role in improving the intelli-gent technology level of the elderly.Based on survey data from Wuxi City,a binary logistic regres-sion analysis was conducted by using stepwise regression method,excluding insignificant influencing variables.It was verified that gender,age,residential area,education level,occupation before re-tirement,anxiety level towards current smart life,and whether relatives and friends use smartpho-nes are significant factors affecting the intelligent technology level of the elderly,which is an im-portant cause of the"silver digital divide".According to the survey,there are still problems with the current intelligent technology education for the elderly,such as incomplete network system,in-sufficient supply accuracy,richness,and convenience,fragmented supply entities,obvious barriers,and a lack of social integration support.To further bridge the"digital divide",it is necessary to im-prove the elderly education network system,establish a supermarket-style service model,promote multi-system integrated supply,and encourage integrated support and guarantee.
