生产性老龄化视角下老年人才科研产出力与学术影响力研究——以某科研院所为例
The Research Output and Academic Influence of Elderly Talents from the Perspective of Productive Aging——Take a Scientific Research Institute as an Example

摘要
通过分析老年人才科研产出力与学术影响力,揭示老年人才价值发挥的现实性与可行性.本研究采用文献法和定量研究法,统计分析某科研院所老年群体离退休后的科研产出与学术影响力情况.研究发现:老年人才具备较高的科研产出力和学术影响力;部分活跃作者成为老年人才价值发挥的主力军;作者身份因素对老年人才的科研产出力和学术影响力的影响不同.因此,为进一步开发老年人才资源、提升其科研产出力和学术影响力,要完善相关法律法规,合理制定弹性退休政策;重视活跃作者,挖掘老年人才的科研潜能;提供官方平台支持,促进老年人才价值发挥.
Abstract
By analyzing the research output and academic influence of elderly talents,this study reveals the practicality and feasibility of tapping into the value of elderly talents.Using literature review and quantitative research methods to analyze the research output and academic influence of a group of retired elderly researchers in a research institute,it finds that elderly talents possess high research output and academic influence,and some active authors play a key role in value realization of elderly talents,and the factor of author identity affects their research output and academic influ-ence differently.Therefore,to further develop the resources of elderly talents and enhance their re-search output and academic influence,it is important to improve relevant laws and regulations,rea-sonably formulate a progressive retirement extension plan,value active authors and explore the re-search potential of elderly talents,and provide official platform support to promote the realization of their value.
