摘要
当今世界面临人口老龄化加剧的严峻挑战,激发和提升老年人的自我价值感是"积极老龄化"国家战略的重要理论内涵之一.以珠三角地区高知退休人士为研究对象,考察高知退休群体自我价值感现状,分析影响自我价值感的主要因素,厘清各维度对总自我价值感的影响和贡献度,研究发现:退休时长、收入水平变量对高知群体的自我价值感产生显著影响;性别、受教育程度和职业对个体的总自我价值感没有显著影响;自我价值感的五个维度对总自我价值感的解释力大小依次为:生理价值感、影响力价值感、人际价值感、心理价值感、规则价值感.
Abstract
The accelerating population aging posed threatening challenges to the global world,enhancing senior intellectuals'self-worth is one of the important theoretical connotations of'Active Aging'national strategy.The present study aims to investigate the self-worth of the senior intellec-tuals in the Pearl River Delta and analyze the major factors influencing self-worth and identify the contributions of its five dimensions to the total self-worth.The results of quantitative analysis show,demographic variables such as the length of retirement,the income level,significantly influence the senior intellectuals'total self-worth;however,variables including gender,education background and occupation do not have a significant impact on the total self-worth.In addition,the accounta-bility of the five dimensions which contribute to the total self-worth are ranked in a descending or-der as follows:physiological self-worth,the influential self-worth,the interpersonal self-worth,psychological self-worth,morality and normality self-worth.
