摘要
随着世界经济社会的发展,全球中年失业人数增加,我国不可避免地受大环境影响,面临中年失业人口激增情况.中年失业群体的问题不仅仅是个人问题、家庭问题,因身心健康关系到社会的稳定与发展,故此问题不容忽视.转化学习的实践性、情境性、质变性等特征与中年失业群体主体性学习身份具有天然的契合性,这一理论为分析中年失业群体再就业提供新的思路.本研究通过运用转化学习理论对中年失业群体进行研究,分析中年失业群体的特性,构建中年失业群体转化学习模型,进而从中年失业者自身、社会与家庭支持、成人教育者这三个角度提出了帮助中年失业群体转化学习的策略,以期推动中年失业群体转化学习的发展进程,解决中年失业群体面临的问题.
Abstract
With the development of the world economy and society,the number of middle-aged unemployed worldwide is increasing,and China is inevitably affected by this global trend,facing the surge of middle-aged unemployed population.The issue of middle-aged unemployment is not only a personal or family problem but also relates to the stability and development of society due to its im-pact on mental and physical health,making it an issue that cannot be ignored.Transformative learning contains practical,situational,qualitative change and other characteristics and has a natu-ral fit with the subjective learning identity of the middle-aged unemployed group.offering new in-sights for analyzing the re-employment of the middle-aged unemployed.This study applies the theo-ry of transformative learning to research the middle-aged unemployed group,analyzes their charac-teristics,and constructs a transformative learning model for this group.It then proposes strategies to assist the transformative learning of the middle-aged unemployed from three perspectives:the in-dividuals themselves,support from society and family,and adult educators.The aim is to promote the development process of transformative learning for the middle-aged unemployed and to address the issues they face.
