公费师范生教师职业认同影响因素及提升策略——以小学教育专业为例

摘要
小学教育专业公费师范生职业认同程度的高低,极大地影响着学生的专业发展、职业选择,也影响着农村教师队伍的稳定.文章主要采用问卷调查法,在数据分析的基础上发现该专业公费师范生总体职业认同水平不高,且不同性别、年级、生源地的公费师范生职业认同存在显著差异.针对提高公费师范生教师职业认同的现实需要,社会层面应加大政策宣传力度,提高农村教师工资待遇水平;高校要多措并举,建立针对性人才培养方案;公费师范生自身要增强职业责任感,提高职业素养.
Abstract
The level of professional identity of public-funded normal school students in primary education significantly impacts their career development and choice,as well as the stability of rural teachers.Mainly adopting questionnaire method and based on data analysis,it is found that the o-verall level of professional identity among public-funded normal students is not high.Additionally,there are significant differences in professional identity among the students of different genders,grades and places of origin.In view of the practical needs of improving the professional identity of public-funded normal students,it is necessary for the society to intensify policy promotion efforts and improve the salary and benefits of rural teachers,while colleges and universities should take multiple measures and establish targeted talent training programs,and public-funded normal students themselves should enhance their sense of professional responsibility and improve their own professional quality.
