The construction of digital villages is a key project for promoting rural revitalization and the development of a digital China.As rural digitalization progresses,functional and psycho-logical barriers encountered by farmers in applying digital technologies have gradually emerged,making the enhancement of farmers'digital skills a core challenge.From the perspective of social cognitive theory,the concept of open education aligns with the digital education needs of farmers. By reshaping farmers'digital cognition,establishing a rural digital culture atmosphere,and forming a positive feedback mechanism for digital technology,the relationship among farmers'subject aware-ness,community environment,and technology adoption can be coordinated to improve their digital skills and literacy,so as to offer a new perspective for understanding and promoting rural digital transformation.
