Research on Learning Support Services of Open Education Digital Learning Platforms——Taking the"One University Student per Village"Program of Inner Mongolia Open University as an Example
In the context of digital education strategy,providing efficient learning support serv-ices for open education learners is crucial for enhancing their participation and enthusiasm.Defi-ning learning support services as five dimensions and 25 elements,starting from the needs of learn-ers,and using Kano model,a survey was conducted on the learning support service preferences of learners in the"One University Student per Village"program at Inner Mongolia Open University. Data analysis leads to the proposal of several strategies to ensure learning support services:ensuring basic requirements are met to guarantee fundamental needs of open education learners,focusing on expected needs as the core to consistently improve learner engagement and enthusiasm,emphasizing charismatic needs to enhance learning support services continually using emerging technologies,and referencing indifferent needs to refine and streamline learning support service offerings.
