摘要
近年来英国积极开展代际项目,其背后的动因是应对英国人口超老龄化导致的代际不公平、中老年数字化生存困境、以及社会严重的信任危机和孤独问题.英国开展代际项目的主要举措包括制定战略文件与综合性政策、发挥非政府组织力量和开拓代际学习空间.英国代际项目虽然在很大程度上缓解了老龄化、数字化等所带来的社会问题,但是在理论框架和可持续发展方面存在问题.英国开展代际项目的有益经验与现实问题,为我国开展代际项目提供的启示是重视老年人在社会中的独特价值、将"代际"理念融入教育政策和加强代际学习理论研究.
Abstract
In recent years,the UK has promoted intergenerational programs,driven by the im-perative to address the societal injustices arising from its hyper-aged population,the digital survival challenges faced by middle-aged and elderly individuals,as well as the profound trust deficit and loneliness plaguing society.The principal strategies employed in this endeavor encompass the for-mulation of strategic documents and comprehensive policies,the leveraging of non-governmental or-ganizations'capacity,and the fostering of intergenerational learning environments.While these in-tergenerational initiatives in the UK have significantly mitigated the societal issues engendered by aging and digitization,they are not without shortcomings,particularly in terms of theoretical under-pinnings and ensuring sustainability.The practical lessons gleaned from the UK's intergenerational projects,alongside the persistent real-world challenges they face,offer insights for China's own in-tergenerational endeavors:attaching importance to the unique value of the elderly in society,in-tegrating the concept of"intergenerational"into educational policies,and strengthening the theoret-ical research on intergenerational learning.
