With the development of the digital economy,the traditional talent cultivation model for sports new media operation is in urgent need of reform.In combination with the challenges faced in current vocational talent cultivation,this paper takes the course of"Sports New Media Op-eration"as an example,and proposes a series of reform measures based on the concept of"Specialty-Innovation Integration",including constructing a modular curriculum framework,optimizing teach-ing content,innovating teaching methods,strengthening practical teaching,and establishing a dual-skilled teaching faculty.The aim is to cultivate students'innovative thinking and practical abilities,adapting to the demands of the digital economy era,and promoting the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the sports industry.
