摘要
基于群体分类的视角,结合文献分析和实证研究,审视退伍大学生群体教育管理的必要性、重要性与可行性,分析其现实与困境,提出针对性的教育策略与建议.即通过实施个性化的教育管理服务,健全精准化成长帮扶体系,并强化对其教育管理的数字化支持.从学业辅导、心理关怀、生涯规划、就业指导、能力提升、观念融合、文化交流等方面对退伍大学生进行全方位、多层次、个性化帮扶,实现一站式服务,不断优化退伍大学生的教育管理内容和方式.
Abstract
From the perspective of group classification,combining literature analysis and empiri-cal research,this study examines the necessity,importance,and feasibility of education management for veteran college students,analyzes the practical challenges they face,and proposes targeted educa-tional strategies and suggestions.These include implementing personalized educational management services,establishing a precise growth support system,and strengthening digital support for educa-tion management.Comprehensive,multi-level and personalized assistance should be provided in are-as such as academic tutoring,psychological care,career planning,employment guidance,skill en-hancement,conceptual integration,and cultural exchange,aiming for one-stop service to continuous-ly optimize the educational management content and methods for veteran college students.
