摘要
研究生心理健康教育是高校人才培养过程中的重要内容和环节,引入供给侧改革理论,厘清研究生心理健康教育的问题有供给主体全面性、协同性与联动性欠缺,供给内容创新性、适配性和个体性不足,教育供给方式多元性、时代性与有效性薄弱,供给环境复杂性、负面性与影响力增大.基于供给侧改革的研究生心理健康教育的策略优化包括联动协同教育主体形成教育合力,更新创新教育内容促进供需侧平衡,丰富与整合教育手段提升教育实效,优化家校社教育环境增强教育保障.
Abstract
Mental health education for graduate students is a crucial component in the process of talent cultivation in universities.Introducing the theory of supply-side reform helps clarify the issues in graduate students'mental health education which include(1)the lack of comprehensiveness,coor-dination,and linkage of the supply subject,(2)insufficient innovation,adaptability,and individuality of the supply content,(3)limited diversity,timeliness and effectiveness of educational methods,and(4)increased complexity,negativity and influence in the supply environment.The optimization strategies for graduate students'mental health education based on supply-side reform include mobili-zing and collaborating with all educational entities to form a joint educational force,updating and innovating educational content to promote the balance between supply and demand,enriching and integrating educational methods to enhance the effectiveness of education,and optimizing the educa-tional environment in families,schools and society to strengthen educational guarantees.
