The relevant research on the training objectives of finance undergraduates can effec-tively promote the training of financial talents.This paper selects 24 university finance undergradu-ate talent training programs,uses the text analysis method to make a statistical analysis of talent training objectives,and finds that there are three main problems in the setting of finance undergrad-uate talent training objectives in Chinese universities,namely,the weakening of humanity,the low degree of differentiation,and the prominent lag.In view of the above problems,the paper puts for-ward three optimization suggestions,including focusing on people-oriented development to promote the comprehensive and harmonious growth.conducting comprehensive considerations to highlight the distinctive characteristics of each universities,and focusing on future needs to meet the demands of contemporary development.
