摘要

现代化是现代性不断增长的过程.教育的现代化发展既提升了教育的整体水平,也生成了教师的现代性危机.知识权威之消解,"打工人"之彰显,信任危机之生成,意义创获之贫困是教师的现代性危机的基本表征.其背后的根源主要是确定性与技术崇拜,科层制度与绩效主义,工具理性与精致利己,消费主义与娱乐至上.据此,纾解教师的现代性危机则需要:转变知识与教学观念,重塑教师角色;丰富教育生活,拓展发展空间;树立良师形象,完善信任制度;重整伦理精神,加强实践反思.

Abstract

Modernization is the process of increasing modernity.While the modernization of ed-ucation not only raises the overall level of education,but also generates the crisis of teachers'moder-nity.The dissolution of knowledge authority,the manifestation of"workers",the generation of trust crisis and the poverty of meaning creation are the basic characteristics of this crisis.The un-derlying roots of this crisis primarily lie in the worship of certainty and technology,bureaucratic systems and performance-oriented approaches,instrumental rationality and refined self-interest,as well as consumerism and the prioritization of entertainment.Therefore,to alleviate the modern cri-sis of teachers,it is necessary to change the knowledge and teaching concept and rebuild the role of teachers,enrich educational life and expand development space,establish a good teacher image and perfect the trust system,and reform ethical spirit and strengthen practical reflection.
