摘要

情境学习强调在真实的情境中,通过与环境互动获得知识,是适合成人发展,促进终身学习的重要学习方式.数字化时代,数字技术从成人学习本质、学习动机、学习内容、学习过程和学习评价五个方面赋能成人情境学习,促使传统学习空间向智慧学习空间进化,增强学习活动的沉浸性,从而提高成人学习效率.在数字技术赋能成人情境学习的过程中存在各种困境,应从以下方面推进成人情境学习:激发与保持成人学习动机、实现技术与教学场域的深度融合、推动优质数字教育资源共享、以助力转识成智作为成人学习过程核心、注重学习评价的人文精神.

Abstract

Contextual learning emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge through interaction in re-al-world context,making it an essential approach for adult development and lifelong learning.In the digital age,digital technology empowers adult contextual learning in five aspects,namely,the na-ture of adult learning,learning motivation,learning content,learning process and learning evalua-tion,prompting the evolution of traditional learning spaces to intelligent learning spaces,enhancing the immersion of learning activities,thereby improving the efficiency of adult learning.However,there are various dilemmas in digital technology-enabled adult contextual learning,which should be advanced in the following ways:to stimulate and maintain adult learning motivation,to achieve the deep integration of technology and the teaching field,to promote the sharing of high-quality digital educational resources,to help transform knowledge into wisdom as the core of the adult learning process,and to focus on the humanistic spirit of learning evaluation.
