摘要

数字时代已经到来,教育领域的教学数字化变革是大势所趋.高职学前教育专业数字化教学变革的价值逻辑在于提升教学质量与效率、重构教学资源与环境、创新教学与评价方式.然而,高职学前教育专业数字化教学变革面临数字化教学内容滞后、数字化教学环境不佳、数字化教学能力不足以及数字化过程评价缺位等现实困境.必须采取五个方面措施应对高职学前教育专业数字化教学变革带来的挑战:一是革新教学内容,强化学生的数字知识和技能;二是重构教学环境,为学生创设数字化学习空间;三是重塑教学方式,增强数字时代幼教人才的适应性;四是提升教师能力,保障数字化教学质量;五是创新评价模式,数字赋能过程性评价.

Abstract

The digital transformation of teaching in education is an irresistible trend as the digit-al age has arrived.The value logic of the digital reform of preschool education specialty in higher vocational education lies in improving teaching quality and efficiency,reconstructing teaching re-sources and environments,and innovating teaching and evaluation method.However,the reform faces the dilemmas of outdated digital teaching contents,poor teaching environments,insufficient digital teaching capabilities,and a lack of process evaluation in digital teaching.Accordingly,five measures must be taken:(1)innovating the teaching contents to strengthen the digital knowledge and skills of the students,(2)reconstructing the teaching environment to establish an ideal learning spaces for students,(3)reshaping teaching method to enhance adaptability for early childhood edu-cation professionals in the digital era,(4)improving teacher capabilities to ensure the quality of dig-ital teaching,and(5)innovating the evaluating methods and empowering the process evaluation dig-itally.
