Practical Exploration of Talent Cultivation for Agricultural E-Commerce Livestreaming in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Changjiang Engineering Vocational and Technical College
The rapid development of network technology has promoted the prosperity of webcast sales,creating opportunities for the sale of agricultural products.As a primary base for cultivating technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges play a vital role in training agricultural e-commerce livestreaming talents,which can not only enhance the adaptability of vocational educa-tion talents but also promote socioeconomic development and boost rural revitalization.However,problems such as inadequate adaptability of training standards,insufficient suitability of training models,and a lack of professional expertise among faculty remain widespread in higher vocational institutions.In response,Changjiang Polytechnic has carried out useful practical explorations:de-veloping new standards of talents training to meet the needs of the industry,implementing integra-tion of industry and education to explore the new training of talents,and adopting multiple meas-ures to improve the professional quality of teachers.These explorations have achieved notable re-sults,effectively addressing the talent gap in agricultural product livestreaming sales.
