摘要

数字时代人工智能的加持为教育教学的发展注入了新的活力.作为人工智能在教育教学中的重要应用,智能导师系统在提升教学效率、开展个性化学习等方面提供了有效的支持,但同时在应用过程中也出现了新的困境.文章从梳理智能导师系统的发展历史出发,审视其目前在定位、作用、伦理等方面所面临的现实困境,并详细分析了其产生的原因,进而从"正确认识角色定位,探索教学应用创新""增强可用与易用性,提升师生数字素养""加强伦理道德研究,规范现实应用伦理"三个方面探索其对教育教学支持的应然路向,以便深入地认识智能导师系统的定位和特点,促进其在数字时代的助学、助教中发挥更加重要的作用.

Abstract

The support of artificial intelligence(AI)in the digital age has injected new vitality in-to the development of education.As an important application of AI in education,intelligent tutor systems(ITS)provide effective support for improving teaching efficiency and enabling personalized learning.However,new dilemmas have emerged in the application process.This article reviews the historical development of ITS,examines the current difficulties in positioning,functionality and ethics,and analyzes in detail the essential causes.It further explores appropriate pathways to en-hance their educational support,focusing on"correctly understanding role positioning,exploring innovative teaching applications","improving usability and accessibility,cultivating digital literacy of teachers and students",and"strengthening ethical research,standardizing practical application ethics".These efforts aim to gain a deeper understanding of the positioning and characteristics of ITS,promoting their more important contributions to teaching and learning in the digital age.
