Research on Curriculum Ideological and Political Enhancing the Sense of Learning Achievement for Master Students in Business Administration——Based on the Extended Theoretical Framework of Planned Behavior
The ideological and political quality of business administration graduate students is crucial to the future development of enterprises and economic management departments, making their ideological and political construction of courses particularly important.Based on the extended planned behavior theory, with learning willingness as the mediating variable and academic burnout as the moderating variable, this paper constructs a conceptual model of business administration graduate students'sense of learning acquisition under the background of curriculum ideological and political construction.Through empirical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Learn-ing attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived moral obligation have significant positive effects on learning willingness.(2)Learning willingness partially mediates learn-ing attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived moral obligation and learn-ing acquisition.(3)Academic burnout has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between learning willingness and learning acquisition. On this basis, the fuzzy-set qualitative comparison a-nalysis is used to further explore the driving effect of different ante-dependent variable combina-tions on the sense of learning acquisition, and two driving paths are found, and the willingness to learn and low academic burnout are common core variables in both paths.Accordingly, some sug-gestions are put forward for the purpose of improving the sense of learning for business administra-tion graduate students.
