衬砌背后含水空洞对隧道结构安全的影响分析

衬砌背后含水空洞的存在对隧道结构的受力状态影响更为复杂,直接影响工程安全性。以某分离式六车道高速公路隧道为例,采用 MIDAS/GTS 有限元软件,建立衬砌背后含水空洞的荷载结构模型,分别对拱顶、拱肩和拱腰处不同范围含水空洞的隧道断面结构安全状况进行计算分析。计算结果表明:隧道衬砌在无空洞时有最大的结构安全系数;拱顶含水空洞对衬砌结构安全状况影响最大,拱肩次之,拱腰最小;当衬砌背后含水空洞范围大于10°时,隧道结构的安全储备将明显下降。
Impact Analysis of Water-filled Cavities behind Lining for Tunnel Structure Safety
The existence of water-filled cavities behind lining leads to the more complicated stress for tunnel, which might easily cause tunnel disasters. In a separate six-lane highway tunnel, for example, use MIDAS/GTS finite element software, to establish the load structure model of water-filled cavities, respectively calculate and analyze the safety situation of cavities with water tunnel section structure in different range of vault, arch and haunch. The calculation shows that tunnel lining without cavities has the largest structural safety factor. The cavities with water of vault have greatest impact for lining structural safety situation. When the range of cavities with water behind lining is more than 10°, tunnel structure safety margin will be significantly decreased.
