Consideration of Low-Carbon Economy Development in Guangdong Province Based on Tri-Carbon Model
The internal mechanism of low carbon economy development is analyzed by constructing the Tri-carbon model, and then based on which, a set of low carbon economy quantitative evaluation index system is built up. Using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), entropy value method and comprehensive index method, the paper studies the quantitative assessment of low carbon economy development in Guangdong. Results show that low carbon economy development level from 2005 to 2013 is in a state of steady climb in Guangdong. Nevertheless, if the existing energy structure could be changed and forest cover could be expanded, low carbon economy development in Guangdong has the very big space in the future.
