Practice and Research of Curriculum Based on Comprehensive Vocational Ability of Modern Team Leader
Modern team leader is key factor to improve core competitiveness of human resources for the enterprises.Its comprehensive vocational ability can be summarized as professional ethics and core competencies. Construction of its curriculum belongs to the scope of inner competency. In teaching practice, study should be arranged to follow the student's understanding and learning rules,to follow student-centered teaching objectives and student-centered teaching program. Teaching content is supposed to be derived from the project and teaching guide be based on the ability of the actual work process,innovative practice teaching mode and teaching methods.
