A Self-leading Design Under the Balance of Artist and Craftman---An Architectural Design Educaiton Principle Review
This article gives a general introduction of the 2014-2015 graduation projects of the Urban &Architecture studio from the School of Architecture & Applied Arts of GAFA, including topic assigning, phases clarifying and training methods. Based on the background in the school of fine arts, a research-based & self-leading design was put forwards as another architectural education principle, which balanced the natures of artist and craftsman.
