On the New Model of Professional Teaching Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Concept of Great Quality
This paper explored the connotation of professional teaching team construction based on the concept of quality, and analyzed the problems of the construction of professional teaching team. The new model to solve the problem of “three main drivers, four platform construction, five party linkage”was proposed.
