Construction of College Students' Employment Competitiveness Model Based on the Professional Competence
Study on the employment competitiveness of college students can be turned to the research of professional competence. In this paper, we uses behavioral event interview method and the questionnaire to establish the college students' employment competitiveness model. We use SPSS to analysis the college students' employment competitiveness model. And finally, we use hierarchy analytic process to construct the model and to explore and seek ways to improve the employability of college students through empirical study.
