摘要
公选课作为高职院校课程体系的重要组成部分，对促进学生个性发展，培养学生创新精神等方面有着积极作用。文章对目前高职院校公共选修课在教学中的一些主要问题，如思想认识不足，课程开设随意，教师职称结构不合理，课程监督不到位、选课指导缺失等进行了具体分析，从教师、学生、教学管理等方面探讨了引起这些问题的原因，并提出了一些改进课程教学，提高公选课教学质量的解决策略。
Abstract
The Optional courses, as an important part of curriculum system in higher vocational colleges, play a very important role in promoting the development of students＇ individual characters and cultivating their spirit of innovation. This article gives detailed analysis on the main problems existing in higher vocational colleges recently, such as opening optional courses at random, unreasonable teacher structure and the lack of guidance of choosing courses, analyzes some reasons from these aspects： teachers, students and teaching management and so on, and propposes some settlement strategies to improve courses teaching and teaching quality.
